Vikiohome Return & Exchange Policy
1. Return Eligibility
- Products can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
- A proof of purchase (such as order number) must be provided.
- Returns requested after 30 days are accepted under stricter conditions and may incur additional fees.
2. Return Shipping and Responsibility

Within 30 days:
- If the return is due to product defects, wrong item shipped, or damage, Vikiohome covers the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong order, dislike), the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

After 30 days:
- Regardless of reason, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and additional fees will apply.
3. Fee Structure for Returns
All returns may involve the following fees depending on the situation:

Bank Order Handling Fee:
- 6% of the order amount for PayPal and installment payments.
- 5% of the order amount for non-PayPal payments (e.g., credit card, debit card).

Warehouse Handling Fee:
- 5% of the order amount if the product has a logistics tracking number but has not yet been delivered or has been delivered.

Logistics Transportation Fee:
- 5% of the order amount if shipping interception or rerouting is required.

Logistics Interception Fee:
- 10% of the order amount if the package needs to be intercepted mid-shipment.

Logistics Return Fee:
- 5% of the order amount if the item is returned after delivery.

Returns Processing Fee:
- 5% of the order amount for inspection and reintegration into inventory after return.
Note:
These fees can accumulate based on the return circumstances. For personal reason returns after delivery, total deductions could reach up to 25% of the order amount.
4. Inspection Upon Return
- Vikiohome will inspect all returned items upon receipt.
- If the returned item’s condition and issue match the buyer’s reported reason, the return will proceed under standard terms.
- If there is a discrepancy between the actual product issue and the buyer’s claim, Vikiohome reserves the right to charge an additional inspection and restocking fee of up to 20% of the order amount.
5. Special Situations Handling

Defect Found After Unpacking but Before Installation:
If the buyer discovers a defect upon opening the package but still wishes to keep the product, Vikiohome may offer a partial refund based on the severity of the defect, upon evidence submission. -
Defect Found After Installation:
If the buyer finds a defect after installation, they must submit installation proof and defect evidence. Vikiohome will assess and may offer a partial refund or other compensation accordingly. -
If the buyer does not accept the offered compensation:
They may proceed with a return under the standard return process and bear the applicable return costs and fees.
6. Exchange Policy

Exchanging for the Same Model:
- If the issue is reported within 30 days, Vikiohome will cover the exchange shipping cost.

Exchanging for a Different Model:
- Buyers must first return the original product under the standard return terms (fees apply), and place a new order separately for the desired model.
- Standard return costs and shipping responsibilities apply.
7. Refund Timeline
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after successful inspection and approval.
- All applicable fees will be deducted from the refund amount before issuance.
